About Us

WCDU Flame Symbol

We are a high-energy dance collective based in Kampala, specializing in hip-hop, contemporary fusion, and street styles. Our mission is to inspire, create, and perform with unmatched intensity and passion.

At WEST CULTURE DANCE UNIT, donations are at the heart of what we do. We don’t just collect support — we actively distribute it to create real, lasting change in our communities across Kampala, the Central Region, and surrounding areas.

What we do through your donations:

  • Provide food packages and groceries to vulnerable families and elderly people
  • Supply school materials, uniforms, and fees to help children stay in education
  • Offer clothing, blankets, and hygiene items during tough seasons
  • Support medical needs — medicines, hospital bills, and emergency care for the sick
  • Assist orphans, single mothers, and low-income households with urgent aid

We carry out these donations regularly — through monthly drives, special holiday distributions, and immediate responses during crises. Everything is done transparently: we share photos and videos of deliveries (with privacy respected), receipts where possible, and real stories of impact.

Your support truly matters!

Whether through:

  • Cash contributions (mobile money, bank transfer, etc.)
  • In-kind donations (food, clothes, books, school supplies, etc.)
  • Volunteering your time to help pack or distribute
  • Spreading the word to friends, family, and your community

Every bit helps someone smile, eat, learn, stay warm, or heal. Thank you for believing in us and helping keep the culture — and hope — alive.
